I was in 2 minds about whether to do juneathon. Was it to much commitment? But as I'm training for a half-marathon, and also doing a corporate fitness challenge in June and July, plus the sun was actually shining (it's been a crappy spring in our part of the uk) I thought: why not?
Just a shorty today, about 2 miles around the top of the hill. Felt OK, although my legs ached. Pace not too bad, considering I'm still pretty out of shape.
